I fast travel to sunset sasperilla hq, then head pretty much North West past the Fiend camp with the disassembled weapons shipment. I walk up the hill through a winding path to get to Brewer's Beer Bootlegging, where, I can see a transmitter tower thing that all Ranger Stations have behind some mountains. If you fast travel to B.B.B. you'll look right at it. The problom is any path I take from there leads me to a dead end. Any help is appreciated . . .

Trouble finding a ranger station

Try approaching it from the other side of the mountains, from the Silver Peak mine south.
