The Legion has some good points to it, but then again so did the Master and the Enclave, but hardly anybody thinks they had any kind of an answer. Creating a warrior culture is one thing, and if that's what the Legion had done then I'd probably be behind them, but when you enslave women just because they're women, kill your own soldiers just to set a example to the others, shun medicine that can save lives, not to mention all the other crap they do, there's no way I can support that.

NCR will fall in umm... 10 years most. they just another corrupt politician in a society without any standards beside 'just shoot dammit!'. NCR will crumble from inside with coup d' etat and desertions

Legion will fall, rather a bit slower than NCR. maybe 15 or until Caesar died (the old baldy guy, not Legate. Legate will even bring Legion to destruction fast)

It takes time until people realize Legion must be put to an end, and maybe that resistance will comes from ex-NCR+tribes.

Legion even shunned the most feared tribes like Boomers and Khans. Legions will not hold any grounds against NCR military strategy+Khans number+Boomers firepower
(but thats the scenario if you choose to spare them)

say, if you killed them all in your game, Legions will not have any points to defend Mojave wasteland. Wastelanders will avoid that place, with running casino and electricity but without peoples live there (except the neo roman delusion tribe), Legion will eventually retreat to Arizona. and the power tug-of-war game will be reopen.

Even legion endures and reigns for a long time, they wont make it past 50 years. They shunned technology and the goodness of it. whattajoke.

that's why I choose House. Yes, he only cared his precious Vegas area, but at least Mojave will be the same as before NCR and Legion came.
