Proper Sequence for a New installation?

Post » Thu Jul 21, 2011 4:21 pm

I'm doing a new install off the original discs, not the GotY edition, which I believe has patches already in it.

It's been so long that I can't remember the patch sequence. I'm assuming the patches are: Morrowind_v1.2.0722, tribunal_v1.4.1313, and Bloodmoon_v1.6.1820 (files already on another computer). I do remember the entire install can go south if not done properly.

Afterward, I'll want to add the community patch/patch project and the Morrowind Code Patch.

Thanks!!!

Morrowind >> Tribunal >> Bloodmoon >> Bloodmoon patch (v1.6.1820) >> MCP

So no one has to apply the original Morrowind or Tribunal patches?

Does it matter which comes first: the Code Patch or the community patch?

No need for Morrowind or Tribunal patches unless you don't own Bloodmoon and Tribunal respectively.

I don't believe it matters which of the MCP and community patches is first.

The Patch Project and the Code Patch can be installed in any order. The MPP is just a esm mod, while the MCP is a program that alters the exe. They both do completely different things, so they cannot conflict with each other in any manner.
