cello's L&L error : III

I'm new to mods...
i already installed MWSE (it worked)
I already installed better bodies (it worked) DOES THIS NOT WORK WITH L&L
Im trying to install the lovers and legends plug-in and im to the point were i made a copy of a save named cello.ess (i copyed it outta game not in game so it is cello.ess)
now next steps
4) Run "Create Data File List.exe" and wait until it finishes (i.e. when it says "Done!"). Close the window when it does finish.
5) Run "Cello Create Race Lists.exe" and wait until it finishes (i.e. when it says "Done!"). Close the window when it does finish. (list goes on...)

debug error
program: bla bla bla (a lot of words)
invalid allocation on size: more random number...

i hit the retry button and it give me another error box that gives a send error button. i then redo this step and hit ignore and it said Done!
then i go and start the next step and it gives me the same message but when i click ignore it gives me another error box

What do i need to do? im hoplessly lost.

This has nothing to do with installing mods.

I'm sorry if I'm missing something you're saying, but I know how to install any type of mod that's been released, and what you're saying makes no sense to me.
What are you doing?

I'm guessing those files are needed for, L&L, since it has cello in both names.

Is this the version of Cello from PES?

It's been ages since I gave this mod a try as it was pretty shaky at the best of times. Which part of the setup have you gotten up to as listed in the readme?

Is the debug error something you're getting once playing Morrowind or is this part of the preparation steps? If it's during the race stage have you got any custom races installed at the moment?

Might be worth having a look for the Non-Exe version of LAL as that could make life easier for you if you are having difficulty with the generators stage.
