It's most likely a private mod and a conversion of a (commercial?) Poser hair.

That looks like it's from the game Vampire: The Masquerade. I don't know who did the conversion though.

I've only seen the occasional hair conversion posted on forums, as for the original files Peggy Zone could be worth checking out.

Thanks for the suggestion. Checked it and not found. But there are nice hairstyles. Some had been already made by Kalian. This special one is not included there. Hrmpf.

That is possibly one of Kagz hair models. May or may not be a Daz conversion.

Yeah I'm pretty sure the hair is not from Kagz.
I have an idea who the modder who made the conversion may be, I'll pm you their name Sister.
