Question about modding teams.

This is for any game that uses Bethesda's specific CS. I will take any offers from startup teams that are waiting for Skyrim's Creation Kit to come out or, Oblivion, Fallout 3/NV, ETC, ETC.

I don't know where this would belong in the forums. However, I am curious as to how can I employ my help to a team of modders? I googled a lot of keywords and I have yet to find a relevant link. If anyone can direct me it would be really nice of you :). OR perhaps you may have a spot open on your Team? I can do a little of everything, I have created height-maps, I am into scripting quite a bit. I have not gotten into algorithms yet though so...yea.

I would really like to be a level designer if possible I cannot sketch, I can however replicate pictures quite well using the Construction Set. I can also use my imagination if the MOD calls for it. I try to give feeling, depth and also logic to what I am building. EX. You will not have a brick on the floor without a reason for it being there(Fallen pillars, cave-ins, etc,. etc). I am extremely micro-oriented as in, I have attention to detail. If something doesn't look right to me I will keep redoing it over and over again until it is perfect, never overdoing it though. I have about 2 months experience with the Oblivion CS(Full on), but have been on and off self modding for over a year.

I am also a creative thinker and I have a lot of ideas for quests and, I can also make my own quests fully functioning with scripted events and different outcomes. The only thing I have trouble with is the conversations, for instance, when Mankar Camoran speaks to you as you enter his domain. I would take any help I can get from the team on that.

I have delved into UV Mapping for models also, I only have problems with the seaming of items. I can do pixel art for quest icons somewhat decent or icons in general.

I am good with AI packages also. I will take any spot offered serious, like a job and devote a lot of my free time to it. I plan on taking Modding to another level for myself when Skyrim comes out and plan to use what I learn with me.

I will take all constructive critique, as long as it isn't abusive. Thanks to whoever replies to this post :)
