Anyone know of a good inventory sorter?

Post » Fri Jul 22, 2011 2:15 am

I really appreciate having a good inventory sorter, mostly so I can avoid selling components. I've been relying on this: http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34950 but it hasn't been updated for the last DLC and it now breaks bulk ammo and cases. I know FOOK has a sorter, but I'm looking for a much more minimalist solution. Suggestions?

Thanks.

Project Nevada has a scripted sorter option, which sorts in-game. It's not quite as comprehensive, and a few items are put in categories I wouldn't expect, (ex: dark datura as a chem), but for the most part it's excellent.

BIS Brumbek's Inventory Sorters is a more classic type, being basically a mostly-updated counterpart to Pintocat's sorters and requiring load order manipulation.

And this probably should have been asked in the Mod Detectives thread.

Wrye Flash offers name tweaking in its Bashed Patch. This will also affect mods.

Yes, but Wrye doesn't handle all items:
Quest items
Parts for recipes
Weapon Mods
etc

I use a combination of Wrye and Project Nevada's override. May look into BIS though.
