I cannot patch my game so i can use obse I finally got a comp that could play it (its just been sitting around for ages) and I cannot patch it I think its the us version (why wouldnt it be) and im using the us patch for oblivion and it freezes at 0 proccessing Data\ Oblivion - Textures Compressed.bsa. I also have all the dlc that i got from the delux edition on steam and copied and pasted the neccesary files but it would'nt accept the shivering isles update. im not using any other mods.
