In raul's companion quest you need to speak to: Corporal Sterling (NCR 1st Recon), Loyal (The Boomers), Ranger Andy (Novac). Spoken to Sterling and finished his section of the quest, can't find Loyal anywhere, searched the entire of Nellis air base, and Ranger Andy doesn't even speak to me. It zooms in for the regular chat thing but instantly zooms back out again.

Please fix this Obsidian.
