All of a sudden, out of literally nowhere, my game just starts freezing and saying "disk is unreadable" every time I let my game sit for more than a minute. I tried cleaning it, and noticed that there's the TINIEST scratch on the inside portion of the disk. It won't go away!! And now, I just learned that none of my DLC's are working because of it! Today, I tried both starting Honest Hearts again for the second time and starting OWB for the first! I'm so P.O.'d, I was anticipating to start it and got all excited when the beginning slide comes up for it, but then when it's finally done: DISK IS UNREADABLE.

Is there any way how I can just completely get rid of scratches, or maybe just even turn in my current disk and get a better one in turn instead of having to go out and buy another one??
