It's great if you like a lot of modding potential. Since it supports a lot of ACS and DECORATE from ZDoom.
It's over a thousand revisions behind, but that doesn't mean one can't pull off amazing stuff.

The competitive scene isn't constantly active, but if one just wants to play for fun, there's lots of stuff to play.

So yeah, take a look around. !

While I'll probably end up getting both, I ticked BF3. I think Battlefield will blow MW3 out of the fking water. I still want to play the single player campaign of MW3 however because I do like their story they have going. But in terms of multiplayer, CoD is just getting very boring. It's the same thing over and over again. I'm fairly sure they have been using the SAME engine since CoD4 with a few tweaks here and there, and it's starting to look very dated.

Sorry to any CoD fans out there but I think Battlefield 3 will blow every fps shooter out there away upon release. Except maybe counter-strike It will definately be my main multiplayer game for a long time.

Actually, COD has the same engine as COD 2... Battlefield 3 ftw!

Are you sure about that? I thought they created a new engine based off of CoD2, whereas they have been using the SAME engine since CoD4. I could be wrong.
