I'm having a problem with the "Latest Rumors" topic...every single NPC in Balmora speaks about Overseer something or another having a problem that needs fixing or some such thing, when I go to him, he has nothing but generic NPC responses. This is very annoying due to some quests starting from inquiring about the latest rumors(Illuminated Order) I have the Balmora Expansion mod downloaded which I don't believe to be working correctly(however the things I don't believe in or know about could fill entire libraries) as going through the read me's Arrille in Seyda Neen should(by direction of one of the read me's) have some Legolas armor and he's got nothing extraordinary.


Also, the Census & Excise agent will not initiate the "Siege at Firemoth" quest...dunno what's going on there

Also #2, I've forgotten how to initiate quests for the Balmora Council Club mod, if anyone would be kind enough to give me a hint.

Post your mod order list, you can get that from either Wrye Mash or Mlox. If you don't have either, post the list from the very bottom of your morrowind.ini file. I'm guessing this is either a mod conflict or one or more of your mods weren't tested properly before release.
