V.A.T.S Glitch. Please help! : Fallout: New Vegas

Every time I go into vats it looks screwed up.

Are you running a UI mod? (If so, disable it and check VATS again).

You may have a corrupt mod, or two incompatible ones.

*Or are you playing on console? (I'm guessing not).

What didn't work? (and made the game freeze)

If disabling a mod crashed your game, you have serious problems with your mods and the load order.

The best advise is to reinstall the game and slow and methodically reintroduce your mods (DLC first), one at a time and test your game with each new addition.
