quick question about armour

Hey guys,

So I know that wearing armour, and the type you wear (heavy/light) gives you a different level penalty to your magic potential. I was wondering if that penalty you recieve is affected based upon how many pieces of armour you have equipped. For example would I have less of a penalty if I wore only 1 piece of heavy arnour (like a piece of grieves) while the rest was clothing or light arnour. Or would I recieve the same penalty as wearing a full set of heavy armour regardless of how many pieces you have equipped.

Thank you for your time.

It doesn't matter what kind or how many pieces of armor you wear. The only thing that will reduce the armor penalty (if you wear any armor) is skill in the relevant type of armor (heavy or light). The penalty ranges from 20% to 5% depending on your skill with the type of armor in question.
