Try out some name generators online or look at some existing TES character names on http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Names which sorts names by race but you might find one you like.

I usually just use a http://tamriel-rebuilt.org/?p=modding_data/ngen for a lore friendly one.

Well, for lore sounding names, try these:

Endras (he who brings an end to his targets)
Bragor (he who brags of his skill in the arts of death)
Fillim (he who will find his targets and "fill 'em" with arrows and/or other lethal implements)

For other types, try:

Mort or Morte ('la mort' is French for 'death' and 'morte' means 'death' in several languages).
Mort M. ('mortem' means 'death' in Latin).
Geno Syde (Genocide).
