Yes it does.

Did you notice that the Mysterium Xarxes used in the Main quest also has the same Daedric Symbol on it.

Did you notice the IV in obl IV ion --- as in TES IV.

It makes sense for Daedric symbols to be in the title, since the main quest revolves around fighting off a Daedric invasion.

Not really. The same thing was done for the title of http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/1/18/Phantasm_4.jpg back in 1998. I never even saw that film (just previews), but that's still the very first thing I thought of when I saw the title sequence of TES IV Oblivion.

What if the daedric language actually is a real one?

The makers of Star Trek hired linguist professor(s) to make the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Klingon_language. Did BGS go so far as well to make their own new language? Maybe, but I haven't heard/ read much about it, if they did. The daedric symbols may be nothing more than simply a different text font.
