So I have played Fallout 3 GOTY edition on my laptop before many times with no problems like this one. My computer recently crashed and I had to reinstall all my files including my fallout 3 files. I started playing the game for about 2 hours and then I saved as usual. When I went back to play the only option on the main menu screen was "New." This happens every time I try playing which makes it impossible to move on. Can someone pleeeease help me because I absolutely love this game and I want to play it again. I know these forums might be pretty dead but I would greatly appreciate any sort of help I can get!

Are the saves physically present in your My Documents>My Games>Fallout 3 section?

There are older saves from last year when I first started playing, but I don't see any from recently...
