Is there a console comands that lets you select a form id?

Is there a console command that allows you to select every thing tied to that form ID and then do following commands that would affect all of them?

What I am trying to do is to buff up every eyebot that I spawned awhile back and give them ED-E's upgraded gun but it is just hard to tell if I improved one since they all look the same. I already have a bat file I would use for each one but it would be easier to knock them all out at once. PRID won't work for this since that is only for reference IDs. I can not use the GECK for this, all I can do is use it for IDs and other similar things.

That would be so much easier to do just by altering the records in the GECK, to be honest...

The only reason that I can't use the GECK by editing the inventories is because it wouldn't carry over on the console since I wouldn't have the GECK Mod that was used to change the inventory items.
All I can do is change the inventories in game for it to stay when I convert my save back over.

Even if there is a PC mod out there that adds a console command that lets you affect every item with that form ID would be great since it isn't directly editing the inventories

Wait, do you mean "it wouldn't carry over on the console" as in like to your 360 or PS3? Thats almost what it sounds like you mean. If so, that is a complete no no!!!

Otherwise forget the fact that I even posted this, and I'll probably heavily edit it once if that's your response.

Why?

It doesn't say it anywhere in the rules on this site about Xbox 360.

It is not illegal since the Xbox 360 has not been modified and the only thing that gets modified is save data, which is transferred using USBs and that was made possible when Microsoft allowed USBs to be used on the Xbox 360.

Bioware actually has a tutorial on editing saves for Xbox 360 and PC with all the downloads required for Xbox 360 http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/307/index/6749366/1 on their official site. So that even proves that it doesn't break anything. Even Xbox Live's terms of use states "...affecting other users' gaming experience" and since FoNV is a single player game it doesn't affect that.

Hmmmm, perhaps. I'm not sure about the save thing pertaining to New Vegas. You see, saying 'it works for that game but not others' doesnt work. It depends on each games indevidual liscense. You will also notice other games that have modding allowed, but with NV it is not, because it was not agreed upon. I'm going to say no more, because I'm honestly not sure if editing saves is allowed or not when it comes to New Vegas. It sounds like there shouldnt be an issue with it, considering that it is single player...

Either way though I am still asking the question regarding use for the PC and if that indirectly affects the 360 save then so be it.

I need help with this issue and I don't have much experience with PC modding since I have never had a computer good enough to support a lot of detail in gaming so any help would be greatly appreciated.

It does say in the license agreements for the XBox that modding is not allowed. And thus it is not allowed here.

Modding the xbox is against the EULA and thus a forbidden topic on this forum.
