I am just about to complete the come fly with me quest and I have all the items needed to give to Chris Haversam but I can't find the sn of a both anywhere in the basemant of the rep con facility. I have tried waiting for him I have traveled all the rep con site and nw the bastard is missing. Please help as. Can't move on in the came until I end this quest.

There are bugs that he sometimes leaves the terminal area or whatever. Or if you collect the isotap or whatever first the quest can't be completed for some reason.
