I havn't seen any questions like this, so when the nukes fell, as far as I know they were only dropped on America. But what about Europe and Asia? If they weren't destroyed wouldn't they try to get to America to see just what the heck happened? I'm sure they have airplanes of some sort, considering the futuristic technology in the fallout games.
