i think it would be cool if there was a town at the foot of a mountain that had a legend of them conquring a people at the top to gain a treasure they had, but it was never found. if you go to the top of the mountain you'll find the ruins of another town with a boulder in the center of the town there could be a disturbed boulder with etchings under it that have been weathered away.... its hard to read but it looks like it says "Peace on Nirn"

Lol, that'd be awesome! Or your help could be solicited from the townspeople below to help them take the city above, and at the end you find the inscription. (More contemporary, and fun that way!)
