When I enter the gift shop in the strip I lose Veronica. And since I enter a new building, the older auto-save is overwritten and the save before that could be way back, so you'd have to replay a lot (or maybe pick her up again, if she's returned home). This was during one of the get Benny missions (the Mr. House one or the revenge one, don't remember which.)

Also, when leaving Gomorrah only I get my weapons back, not Veronica (and she was carrying my laser/plasma collection!)

There, now get to work.
