I'm a new crysis 2 player and wanted to buy/download
the DLC's (Decimation Pack and the others) but I don't have
any Credit Card only a normal Bankcard or a Paypal Acccount.

It's unbelievable that They don't want to earn the Money
that's lying almost on the Streets.

So, is there any Chance to get the DLC's without a Credit Card?

I think this is the most important Thing why the most people can't
play the DLC's.

Maybe you can use Paypal to buy an online VCC, and then use the VCC to buy the DLC.

I guesss VCC means "VirtualCreditCard" is that true?
Where can i get such a VCC ? do you have a Website ?

Now I have a VCC, it's indeed a "VirtualCreditCard"
I choose a "Prepaid MasterCard"

I couldn't say if it works, because I have to wait 7 Days till activation.
If it works and if I could buy the DLC's with it, I will post it here.

Although I don't own a VCC website. You have to be careful, there are many VCC scams so try to look for positive feedback about VCC shops
