Depending on how far away from Oblivion Skyrim is, I'll either be making the Dunmer son or the grandson (most likely the son) of my current characer Rythe Arano, basically be the same character, but a bit more combat orientated. Its funny, because a few months ago I made a whole backstory for Rythe, who had two sons (one of which was killed by a bear at a young age) a wife and daughter, he divorced his wife, and moved to Skyrim, which will be a good excuse for him being there. Prison for assault, I picture him as having a short fuse.

Would you have access to all of their skills and powers? If so... Vivec.

Oblivion is a couple dimensions away. Or do you mean Cyrodiil? Thats just below Skyrim, they border each other. Should be a couple miles above Bruma.

Probably start with a Nord (started with a Dunmer in MW and Imperial in OB) in honor of the local setting. Like half of my characters I will play custom Melee heavy w/ destruction skill class. My first character is always a guinea pig... I'll finish roughly half a game, realize a better build and better way to go about quests and create a new character that I'll enjoy more. Come to think of it, I don't think think I've finished my first OB character... another thing to do before next November!

90% sure I'll be a once feral Khajiit, who grew up in the wild and has adapted to life in the civilized world.


Growing up I found I was a natural in the arts of destruction and illusion. Currently I'm not sure if I want to rely on restoration or alchemy for my healing, depends how the alchemy system is structured this time around.

Damned Dark Elf in Vivec called me a "scum". I had to show him his place! Eventually, the guards got sick of me, and shipped me off to Skyrim.

Are you religious or follow any rituals? I'll check into any local Nordic religions. If not, I'll be one of the Skaal, since it's a Nordic religion we know. Later on through the game, I may catch lycanthropy, and eventually turn away, and start worshipping Hircine.

Do you have any personal grudges against other races? Elves, for being all high and mighty. Imperials for trying to colonise all over my sacred homeland.

Do you have any personal grudges against other races? The pitiful beast races have no place in the world, apart from enslavement. And those wretched Imperials keep trying to settle on holy land. And those Nords... Long time enemies, our people are.

I had an RP idea for that after i finished my argonian RP but instead of yours, he would be the son of my current argonian who is a devout follower of sithis and wants to continue his fathers work in skyrim.

1. Tiberius (last name pending, depends if it's like Daggerfall where your last name is actually separate, Morrowind where you're called your entire name regardless of how many words it is (which meant it should only be one word), or Oblivion where your name was never actually used. I also need to decide what it is.)

2. Imperial Male.

3. (Class name pending, possibly Soldier). Heavy armor, long blade, destruction, conjuration, other skills not decided. A student who was able to handle any situation. Had a father who was a warrior, mother who was a mage, which is how he became good with a blade, armor, AND magic.

4. Assuming there's a civil war going on, my guy was found improperly crossing into an area controlled by one of the factions, believed to be a spy, and thrown in prison as a result. He was completely unaware, being a new arrival from Cyrodiil.

5. Nine Divines, or Eight Divines if worship of Talos has become rare.

6. Rather dislikes Altmer for their long-standing hostility to Imperials. However, is wise enough to know that most Altmer he encounters in Skyrim aren't of the common Altmer mindset, and doesn't hold it against them (unless they're active citizens of the Aldmeri Dominion or whatever name the newly independent and united Summerset/Valenwood coalition calls themselves). Somewhat fears Argonians for their actions during and after the Oblivion Crisis, pities and respects Dunmer for their plight after the Red Year.

In Morrowind I made a Spellsword Dunmer.
In Oblivion I made a Rogue Imperial.

In Skyrim I will make a Nord, either Barbarian or Warrior.. it'll be custom like the others so I guess the title doesn't matter much. Combat specialist basically, doubt if I'll use any magic or stealth at all. Just brute strength meets Sword.. or Axe.. haven't decided, depends on what looks the coolest.
Male, like my others, name's not decided yet. And if imprisoned like my other characters, the story's always the same for me. He got arrested one day out of the clear blue sky. Has no idea whatsoever of why he's in prison, there really is no real reason why he's there. Someone either placed him there purposely (gods? emperor?.. well that won't work for skyrim I guess lol).. or he was arrested by being mistaken for someone else. Either way it doesn't matter, because he'll be getting out soon enough.

When I'm released.. hard to say. Follow the main quest line for sure, and do a bunch of side quests and join factions (fighters guild?). Not to mention tons of exploring and looking for loot, and even more of his favorite past time, killing things.
He's not big on religion. He'll be more in tune with nature like the Skaal, but he won't have a religion or rituals.
Grudges.. not really. He's a Nord so he'll naturally dislike elves somewhat, but I'm sure there will be a few that he will even consider as friends.

Assuming that Skyrim follows the tradition and starts you off in prison, why are you there, and what do you intend to do when you are released? I was tracking a herd of deer when they led me onto private land. When I killed one of the deer, the owner of the land disputed whether the kill was mine or his, and we got into a fight, which ended in his death whereupon I was thrown into jail for murder. I intend to reaqcuaint myself with Skyrim after my long segregation and get back to the hunt as soon as possible.

Are you religious or follow any rituals? I worship Kynareth, as my forefathers did, but I am not devout in any way.

Do you have any personal grudges against other races? I hold all races in an equal light, judging the individuals based upon their actions.

My character is a Breton battlemage, No name yet. Haven't given it thought. I believe I'm going to start a new family line. He is male

My character is in prison for getting overzealous one night and drinking way too much. He begins harassing the bartenders and the local women. He just recently lost his job with the mages guild in Cyrodill so he moved to Skyrim. When he is released he hopes to patch things up with the mages guild and join them once again.

My character worships All of the nine, mainly Talos

My character lost his mages guild job to an Altmer and holds a grudge against them all now.

What I intend to do upon release from prison: Go pick daisies! :laugh: Well, more precisely, go tame a beast (which I make in a mod, assuming SDK is released with Skyrim at somepoint), go find a settlement, go do some quests, figure out the best way to power-level, and hunt for meat & treasure.

(Rumor has it Skyrim is a direct sequel to Oblivion, and if one listens closely to the trailer, it refers to the actual audience, leaving me to believe you are the Champion of Cyrodill from Oblivion. With that taken into consideration...) I was betrayed on arrival to Skyrim due to the escalating conflict and thrown into jail as a result.

It's a direct sequel as was oblivion was a direct sequel to morrowind in the sense that oblivion takes place shortly after morrowind.

Put into prison for murdering a group of Argonians. Vael'shen plans on finding other Dunmer, and finding mercenary work.

Extreme dislike towards Argonians, after they invaded Morrowind and slaughtered everyone.

Assassin- Follower of the Crimson Scar as his father did. (his father is my current argonian in oblivion, Ska-Tel.)

After going to skyrim to spread his fathers work and recruit people to join the crimson scars, He found work with local assassin guilds and was put in jail after a failed assassination attempt.

My Character is a follower and servant of sithis.

He has a person hatred for the Archein tribe of Argonia since it was them that sold his ancestors into slavery. He tolerates all races but he was never to fond of Khajiits.
