I mean I would of never found it if i hadn't seen it posted here somewhere, I imagined it would be part of a quest or something but checked the uesp and it just tells you the location, I thought there would be a book or a treasure map story behind it.

I suppose it wasn't 'meant' to be found, like it was supposed to be a nice surprise. Like most Easter Eggs, really.
