it seems one of the four scamps is stuck under the stairs thats leading up to the gate to exit arcane univeristy it's the one near the chironasium and the garden.it some how got stuck under there and ther's no way of me getting him out anybody know a solution?.I'm playing it on xbox can I just put back the staff at the alter or something?

I've only done that basic quest without getting creative with the little fellows. . . so I may be wrong here: Have you tried making a 'door transition' with them and see if the errant one magically makes the transition with you? Dunno if it will work, but it can't hurt to give it a go. :foodndrink:

ya I did that several times even went to a different city and they still wouldn't follow me.would returning the staff back to the cave work?.

set a different quest as your active quest, fast travel to the other end of the map and then wait 3 in game days, re set the scamp quest as your active quest and they should be back where they started.
