DirectX 11 won't enable?

I downloaded the DX11 tessellations pack and installed it without error, but when I go to the graphics options it's locked and I can't enable it. Any ideas why this might be happening and how to fix it?

Yeah. I wouldn't have been able to install the pack without 1.9.

i believe you have to have a minimum of 1 gig on your vid card to use dx 11 due to the texture sizes, and it only works on 64 bit windows

no, for just dx11 you need only dx11 capable card and win7, but for high res pack - win64
