I know practically no-one uses Windows XP x64 anymore but for those who do, does it run High Res Textures? Despite not being able to support Dx10/11?

It won't let you install it legitimately.

Argh Windows 64 bit, run whilst you still can, it did to 64 bit operating systems what Vista did to Windows.
