Making energy weapons/power armor better

If anyone reading this thinks they have an idea to make this stuff better please reply and to bethesda thank you for reading this and hope you consider it.

Energy Weapons Ammo
Microfusion cells -5 DT

Electron Charge Pack -10 DT (since 5mm ammo gets that its only fare for balancing reasons)

Microfusion Breeder -5 DT

Alien Power Cell- have a way to make more ammo maby like changing one kind of ammo to the other using a 100 science skill

Power Armor
Power Armor Perk or Heavy Apparel perk to give people more reasons to where heavy armor

all power armor (except the Salvaged) have +50 lbs because power armor should be able to carry itself

salvaged power armor should have like +1 endurance or higher DT because if you look on youtube hardly anyone uses that armor

Make power armor actually exhibit some manner of being actually powered: as it is, the power armor nature only locks it out until you get "Training" and makes you very vulnerable to EMPs. If they had full speed as if the player was uninhibited, then there would be a very big advantage to power armor to counteract the EMP vulnerability and training lockout.

Stealth suit MK II
Chinese stealth armor

Im fine with that, if they brought the crit chance in line with the sniper rifle it would be fine (2x).

PA should carry itself have dt and dr and be supremly hard to get .

If you mean higher DT than Power Armour, then I disagree. It has less plates for one, so I don't see how it could provide more protection. At a push, I guess it could be made into medium armour (I'm assuming it's heavy right now), since Gannon Family Tesla Armour is medium too. Everything else I pretty much agree on :)
