power armor that's worth using
enemies that are worth fighting
enemies that will still be there after I beat the game
more combat armor types
a prewar experimental energy weapon

When I run out of ammo, I want to be able to throw my gun at the enemy, Naked Gun style.

Add a new perk that allows you to do a victory dance than temporarily renders you unable to be injured. The perk could be called "Can't Touch This" and when you activate it in the inventory it will do this:
