A question for the pacifists

I know the base game can be finished without killing anything. But what about the DLCs out so far?

Dead Money: Im wondering if you can succesfully sneak past all groups of Ghost people.

Honest Hearts: Only played the crush the white legs endings where you get the joshua as your ally, does that happen for fleeing zion as well? And do you need to have him along if so?

Old World blues: Mainly thinking of the Gabe and megascorpion encounters, can they be bypassed or sneaked around?

Well, Dead Money you can cause the Ghosts have a very low Perception. But if you can't talk Dog/God into staying in the cage then you'll have to kill some to get meat for Dog to stay.
Honest Hearts, um yeah, I think so, I've never tried it personally, but I'm sure you could finish both endings with the aid of stealth boys.
As for Old World Blues, I have no idea :/

You do not have to kill anyone in Dead Money,

You have to kill Salt-Upon-Wounds.

You have to kill the really really big scorpion. You can run from Gabe if your fast enough.

I hope this helps.

Salt upon wounds can be spared, theres an ending for that. And if you side with legion, then you are forced to kill stuff. Not so in the case of NCR.

Dead money you can mostly talk your way through it.

Honest hearts seems you have to kill at least Salt.

Old World blues can be done without any deaths.

Salt can be spared with a high speech check. But can the huge scorpion be avoided in OWB?

It can't. It's part of an objective in the final mission.

Dead money isn't too bad lots of sneaking or running and passing a speech chech of 55 for a not so good outcome or 85 for the good one, HH all the quests have a non violent means of completion and if you side with Joshua a speech chech of 90 is needed to let salt upon wounds go, OWB again can be done fairly easily although I believe you need to complete the quests for each think tank member or have 100 science to bluff your way out, gabe and the gaint robo scorpion also have non violent ways of being dealt with.

Base Game: NCR or Independent playthrough, don't kill Mr. House and instead leave him alive (even though he says he wants to die), solve every other issue with diplomacy.

Dead Money:
Avoid Ghost people, sneak past Elijah

Honest Hearts: You don't have to kill a soul. Even SUW can be talked into leaving.

Old World Blues: Again, no deaths neccesary. Shut the scorpion down instead.

How do you avoid killing Cyberdog Gabe?

By sneaking past him and digging up his 'treasures', the related quests' objectives are to find what happened to Gabe and to retrieve the key, respectively. Killing Gabe is not required for the former quest, merely returning the dog dish you found in Higgs Village.
