Apparently after doing the quest for the Sneaky Suit the containers in the Sink reset for whatever reason. I had previously done all of the dialog quests for the Think Tank and also did the quests for the Antenna weapon and The Sonic Emitter. Perhaps I did them in a specific order that caused this? In any case I have decided to reload a previous save and move all of my stuff to Higgs Village.

Please fix this if it is fixable, as I do like living in the Sink, though I prefer keeping my stuff.
