Terrible voice acting?

She'll almost certainly be back. But at least she probably won't be all the Female Redguards. Although, can you name a single female Redguard in Oblivion off the top of your head?

Tamika.

Actually, Tamika was the inspiration for my character Claudia. After the first time I talked to her, I decided I wanted a green-eyed Redguard of my own.

Also - Renault, Chanel, Rasheda, Shelley, Maelona and, though many don't seem to realize it, Rohssan.

The voice acting so far from the voices we heard are good... Also they said their were 70 voice actors, right?

werent there only like 3-4 voices in oblivion for the general population?

argonians and khajiit shared the same voice, dunmer and altmer had the same voice, etc...

with 70 voice actors in skyrim, i assume it'll be spread out like this...

the general population, non-special NPCs:

one voice actor each for the males and females of each race, that is 20 voice actors right there, if each race and gender have a different voice actor.

then one voice actor each for the male and female children of each race, thats another 20 right there, again, if each race/gender gets their own child voice.

so thats 40 voice actors just on the general population.

the other 30 will probably be spread out on unique NPCs, dragons, etc.

hopefully i didnt word that too oddly to make it confusing, its hard for me to word it correctly.

I think this is an entirely accurate anolysis. I long while ago, I predicted the same thing. 40 actors for the shared general populace (which probably includes player character noises) and thirty for whatever they want. I doubt there will be just 30 unique NPCs, as I imagine that there will be some interspersed in perhaps the general Nords just to give it a bit more variety for the dominant race. I would think there are at least ten unique NPCs though, and that's including Mr. Sydow.

Nords + Orcs = Same voice
Khajiit + Argonians = Same voice
Dunmer + Altmer + Bosmer = Same voice

That's 4 races without a unique voice. Skyrim will finally remedy this.

The quality of the voice acting was never as much of a problem as the quantity of voice actors. That was/is always my main concern.
