I need help!

I just got oblivion for my mac, and i cannot open console commands

Repeatedly, ive tried to open it many times, ive pressed the button above tab, (below esc.) and it doesnt show up?

Can anyone help? Someone please tell what button it is to open up the console commands on a MAC

is ballowconsole set to 1 in your ini file?

if it is you could go to tesnexus.com and download the ring of console mod and OBSE if you dont have it.
