Hey guys ! One question about DLCs.. : Crysis

Hey all, I bought the game yesterday and i must say I very like it !

I am coming from CoD enviroment and Crysis2 battle-mechanics are awesome !

I want to ask one thing.. Are there a lot of DLC games around ? If i buy both map packs, are there plenty servers ( and players ) using these DLCs ?

the 2 dlc packs have 9 great addition maps but there are not thousands of players so depending where you live you might be lucky to see players on. here in the uk i dont see many players on but i only play crash site so that could be why.

also there are lots of people that for some reason cant buy the dlc's due to website problems and only credit/debit card options and sadly no paypal yet.

Don't forget to install the Free Custom Multiplayer DLC's also. We need more players on those servers.

I'd only recommend the second one. The maps are much better, some are very very impressive, and you get 2 additional weapons (gun) and a nade.

im still running 32bit with a GTX260 and dont have dx11
so will i be able to load these maps as they do look impressive.

Guess you won't find out untill you try. Can't think of a reason it won't work. You can also try to install the maps of the free mappack one by one to see what happens. When installed they should appear in your server-menu in the list of map-names so you can select them from there. Goodluck!

Hey man just downlaod the custom maps here: they are free. And you even get the FY71 for free with them.
