I killed Loyal because I decided to sack the Boomers for once, but forgot about Raul. I'm trying to do his quest now, but Loyal is hostile whenever I resurrect him. Is there a way to "force greet" him like NPCs can? I really want to talk to him! Thanks!

you could always add rauls perk and outfit to make it so you finished the quest.
try staying away from loyal for a few days and then come back.
