So, I drew this concept art. And I want to dedicate it to PC players
[and no I am not dedicating it to you guys, just because the PC section is more viewed, and I wanted more view, Ha... I would never do that.... okay maybe a little ]
But never the less, I drew it for you guys.
And I wanted to show my love to Crytek, I really hope all of you like my picture. It took up sooo much time.

I drew this sort of my undying love for the game Crysis, and my adoring nature for Crytek.

Just a little artist statement.

This is truly my greatest piece. Definitely the majestic concept art I've always wanted to have under my belt.
This picture took a great sum of my time, but it was truly worth every bit of it.
I was glad to show my love for Crysis, and have great shading value all in one picture.
This picture has a vary of different interpret views.
First it goes along with a fan fiction I am writing on a good friend of mine's story board.
It also has another meaning I developed in the prosses. [I'll always seem to do that]
I sort of got the feeling that she was going to literally tare him to shreds, and do alien probing on him [if you catch my drift] Don't those eyes just scream 'I'm going to raqe you'?
My brother said that she was a friend of his, and she only comes out in the game parts we don't see. And she was taken by the Ceph, and turned into one of them, but by a misconception of friendly fire she ends up friends with Alcatraz.
But really, I meant this picture to be your playground. Tell me your 'what happens next theory' on this picture.
I am just really impressed with my work here.

I hope anyone who sees it appreciates it as much as I do.
and please be a critic. I don't want any of that watered down crap telling lies. If it svcks, and you want to barf at the mere look at it. Please do tell.

I really liked the picture, i wouldn't have tentacles on the lady and the Cry-dude needs broader shoulders and a puffier chest as he seems to have the skeletal structure of a teenager.
I did like the concept though, the picture leaves you to look at it in many different ways.

Shider, that an absolutely awesome pic, I bet it took you a while, you did an amazing job with the color, and to everyone else, this is his art style, stop being derks and commenting on why its not accurate.

Although.......... i get the feeling the ceph are not the ones that are going to be probing......... lol

My epitaph is already established and it says,

"I came, I saw, and I kicked it's ass... Game Over"

Its a great drawing, and an interesting concept, I would <3 a female playable char.

I am going to critique it though as an artist myself, any criticism is intended as a guide to push you further and not intended to be a criticism of you, and it is entirely based on my own opinion and tastes and own artistic style.

I see an issue in your drawing that I have myself, it is much much easier to draw something when you have the reality in front of you (or photo). When you dont have a guide your mind will make up stuff to 'make it work' but there will be something 'off' about the image. So try and have a look at a brick wall, have a look at the female body and see how these things fit together, how they change at different angles, check out the textures and colours and shadows. sketch out a quick concept, then get the reference materials to make it 'right'.

a great start though and you will improve with practice:D
