Any chance someone could make a mod like the one from Fallout 3 that removed the trash from the game?

Yeah, KD himself recommended that to me in chat. I managed to make my own mod that removes some of the trash textures. It looks a billion times better already, but without being able to extract the textures from the .bsa I can't find the other trash textures I need to remove.
