Most players have their filters set to Ranked servers. I think. Maybe just running Ranked and in Standard mode and cap the level at let's say, 15. Admins could kick anyone joining with a higher level. That would require admins on all the time. We could also first teach them how to call kick votes and then they could admin themselves, lol. There just isn't that many noobs out there.

Another benefit of Classic Mode is that it gives you experience for all your suit modes, Stealth, Armor, and Power, in relation to how long you played in the Classic Mode server. So, if you ever wanted to switch to normal server you could, and wouldn't be short any experience in those categories.

Experience in those categories levels you up and allows you to pick other modules. For example, Visor enhance in the stealth category requires level 6 Stealth to use. So, playing in a classic mode would get you experience towards that progression.
This may work well for the new players as well. Running Terminal in IA with another small map, 24/7 could be of help.

It does communicate easily and doesn't require a bunch of admin overhead, though. Btw, there are so few servers I've never checked RANKED as a filter. There's no reason to, and if I did now I would miss any action on the custom maps.

it would be koo if us level 50 could get in there and use pistols only.
like level 10 and below use primary weapons. level 11 or higher use pistols (and no melee).

heh wish i can but i don't want to risk getting my retriever resetted again. that module is a pain to level up.
