Mod Request: Motorcycle that uses energy cells

I was hoping someone would make a motorcycle that would go to any map area (normal fast travel) at the cost of 10 energy cells or so per use. This would simulate a cost instead of a insta-teleport and the player would be screwed if without energy cells.

The motorcycle would simply appear at the fast travel location along with the character.

I have no modding exp. so don't know if this is a hard request or an easy one.

Do-able?

Very doable. There was a mod for F3 (Global Travel System) that did pretty much just that (except it had a fuel converter that ate your mfc's and ec's to make said fuel) along with a highwayman. The modder who made it is making a FNV version, though I'm not sure how far along they are.

The ones we have now, that are completed, only go to certain major places.

The primary reason they only go to certain major places is you either need to hand-place all of the motorcycles or you need to accept some potentially significant clipping issues, when your motorcycle spawns in the middle of a tree or something. It's still possible to do, it just won't look as nice as things that are hand-placed.

I cannot figure out the GECK at all.... no idea how/where to find the travel references. I looked at the Motorcycle mod found on Nexus thinking I might be able to change the Script but got totally confused.
