How to make a store turret guard?

Im making a weapon store mod and I want to set guns on display there and a turret to guard the weapon tables but how can I make it so that the turret starts shooting only if the player tries to steal anything?

Wouldnt it turn hostile if the Owner goes hostile when they see you stealing? or even more interesting make the turret the owner? sorry Im running on E here as I need to turn on the Geck

Seems to me that you would just make them the same faction (faction tab), set AI tab aggression and assistance to >=1 each for the turret (AI data tab).

Would be funny if the turret owned the store :tongue: but I'm trying to keep it somewhat realistic. I got the turret up and running but my only beef with it is that it goes hostile only after the second stolen item so any suggestions on how would I go about making it so that I got enough infamy after the first item to get shunned and attacked by the turret and the owner?
