All of a sudden when I loaded my save back up I'm having a lot of trouble with my mouse wheel. When trying to zoom in and zoom out I have to scroll the wheel for a good 2-3 secs until it actually does anything, in which it either zooms all the way out, or all the way in. When I attempt to wait or sleep the timer automatically jumps to 24 hours. When I open my world map it automatically zooms in all the way, and once I tab out of the pip-boy my camera is zoomed all the way out. The delay also happens in every menu within the pip-boy. I tried the acceleration fix to no avail, and I know that my mouse itself isn't the issue because it works fine in every other game and application on my computer.

Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it? This is becoming very frustrating.
