Hello fallout fans. today i sent a message to Gstaff because of the enourmous number of posts at the software issues forum( I am posting this here so players from every platform can read it) . Here's my message and below you will find Gstaff's response .

This is ridiculous!! hundreds of posts regarding OWB bugs/glitches and i haven't seen a single response from anyone from bethesda/obsidian!! I was going to buy OWB and now i am not going to buy it anymore!! i bet that hundreds of other fallout fans have also given up on buying OWB because of the ridiculous amount of threads with people saying they can't even play the damn game because there are MAJOR FRAMERATE ISSUES !! You should be the community manager , and since you should speak in behalf of Bethesda/obsidian , you should tell them how many fans are going crazy on the forums because of ridiculous bugs. Please don't take this angry message the wrong way , just find a way to fix it!PLEASE!!

Gstaff's response:

Hi there

Our team is looking at reported issues. When we have any updates to share (as posted here), we'll pin them.

Thanks for playing Fallout

So it looks like they do give a damn about their fans!!Let's hope they fix this!!
Thanks for reading!!

You have to remember that game developers are still people too. They aren't machines, they just work with them. They make mistakes sometimes, as well as care about their fellow man. (Mostly).

I'll be the first person to call them out on flaws in their production and release of certain things. the fact that we had to wait 4 months before hearing a peep about Honest Hearts was unprofessional. Old World Blues getting delayed and them not telling us till the last possible minute was another event that comes to mind. BUT, they are just people and you need patience too.

Try working in retail. It'll mellow you out a bit.

I play on XBOX 360.After finally being able to access the DLC (had to erase and redownload and ended up with a different patch number the second time) I didn't experience any problems with OWB.

Yeah, I had almost zero problems with the PC version. It crashed twice while leaving the Sink, but that's not a big deal. It's far from unplayable.

i was kind of pissed off when i sent that message , because my game crashed twice on the ps3 , but i also wanted to let other people know that they are actually doing something about the ridiculous bugs some people have been reporting. And Gstaff was really cool because i figure that being the senior community manager he gets a lot of PM's and he answered mine fairly quickly , didn't even take an hour.
If you're reading this ... Thank you Gstaff!!

Just because they don't personally say "Ok, we'll look into this bug for you" doesn't mean they don't care for their fans. I wish people would get this through their heads. If you spent any time on these forums the past month, you'd see how much they do care. <_<

Bugs are hard to find a fix for, expecially when you have a game that spans across 3 different consoles, with 20+ versions.

You might be right. I mean I admit that I am not the best guy to tell someone if they do or do not care about their fans , i've been a member of this forum for 5 days so i guess i wrote such angry PM because i was kind of pissed of as said before. sorry bethesda.

I don't think any damage was done, and sorry if my reply seemed like an attack. Didn't mean for it to come across that way if it did. Just really grinds my gears seeing newboarders (not that being new is a bad thing.) say that they don't care, when they haven't been seeing the efforts they've been making first hand, ya know?

Most likely, the only thing they really have left to patch are bugs.

Only DLC I have real chronic problems with on PC is Dead Money. In that DLC when going through a door that changes cells there is about a 1-in-4 chance of the game just quitting to desktop. No error message or anything remotely like that. Hit "e" to use the door then I'm looking at my desktop the next instant.

My main problems were usually framerate drops outside the Sink (which are fairly rare, about 35% chance) and random spawns (which can be quite fun, like seeing one Mister Gutsy 'morph' into three Mister Gutsy's :P) on PS3.

You also should keep in mind that some of the bugs are caused by your own systems, namely PC's. I am not saying NV and the DLC's runs perfect for me, still alot of bugs but I have found ALOT of stuff that fixed the bugs that made me go "AH HA!"
