So, I've gotten to the part in Dead Money where I'm supposed to activate the panel from inside the Bell Tower to begin the Gala Event & nothing is happening.

I pressed on the E Key once & nothing happened.

I have done everything I can think of & would REALLY like to advance my game.

Please help me, thank you in advance.
