I was wondering if someone could quickly place some fast travel points in each of the three segments of the strip - having to walk all the way through three cells to get to the NCR Embassy etc. is pretty annoying, in my lazy opinion.

I'd do it myself, but I never quite figured out how fast travel points work - so if someone could either do this for me, or direct me to a tutorial, it would be much appreciated.
