Recently started up New Vegas again, installing a whole bunch of mods. This icon, however, baffles me.... it seems to only appear whenever I have my weapon out.

Grenade Hotkey, toggles between your equipped weapon and melee.
*edit* Or maybe it's melee and thrown. I stopped using that mod, can't recall exactly. Check the Readme.
