about how ash/goo piles from critical energy weapon hits never disapere no mater how long you wait.

Pretty sure you can only get so many of them.

If you make enough, older ones start to dissapear.

Amount of goo piles shouldn't be a big enough problem to cause performance issues.

Doesn't bother me. Actually, I'd love for there to be some sort of feature where skeletons of fallen enemies killed by non-energy weapons remain weeks after their death. They had this feature in Marts Mutant Mod for Fallout 3 so a mod for New Vegas is probably down the road. You could even delete them if things got too cluttered.
