According to the wiki, Testacles the debug centurion, he can spawn rex, change your reputation edit quest outcomes and such. Has anyone successfully summoned him, and if they did, does he do as he was intended, or is he a useless NPC? He sounds pretty useful to me. Sometimes reputations get reset and I don't feel like using the console all the time for various reasons.

That's one strange thread title.

I've forgotten his name, but there was this great comedian back in the 80's that used the name 'Testicles' as part of the punchline for a joke in his routine; It is also the first time I recall ever hearing that name. All I remember about him was that he looked [and behaved on stage] like a cross between Gilbert Gottfried and Martin Mull, and was really good at stand-up comedy... and he apparently died suddenly; He was just starting to get famous..

I added access to Testacles via menu in my Book of Earache mod under the appropriate menu entry "spawn testacles". In one of the funniest comments I ever got, a female player complained (tongue in cheek (I think)) that it was inappropriate for her female character to be asked to "grow a pair".

I was hoping he could affect all companions, but he only bothers with Rex, sadly. I also think his name is pronounced "Teh-stah-kleehs".
