Hey everyone.

So i've played morrowind several times before and never had a problem with this quest. this time however, i killed all the commona tong members in balmora before even talking to larrius. i've got the journal updated to the point where the theives guild identifies the "bad people". problem is, when i go to talk to larrius and turn in the quest it seems to have glitched and he won't acknowledge that i've done the job. am i missing something? not a single person is alive in the council club.
