Why can't we get more than two emmiter frequencies?

*Sorry if i misspelled this*. But I wish we could have all of them and not just two:(. I wanted to know why can't we have all of them?

Yes but I got the free one, then the one you buy at the Sink. But when I go to buy something it doesn't show any more emmiters?

It takes a while for it to restock, the SCIU refreshes its inventory on Sundays and Wednesdays like normal vendors.
